Shipping Policy
Currently, we only ship within United Kingdome. The delivery time is 7 to 12 days (Monday to Saturday).
The processing time for all orders is 1 to 3 days (Monday to Saturday).
Standard Shipping is now secure.
Order Modifications:
Once your order is confirmed, modifications are allowed within 24 hours, and cancellations can be made during this period. If you wish to return an item, you must begin the return process as soon as you receive the item.
Item Not Received:
If you successfully placed an order but have not received it, and the tracking status indicates it has been delivered, you can contact the carrier to locate your parcel. Once the item is in the possession of the carrier, we no longer have control over it. If the issue persists, please contact us at contact@parisnoble.com, and we will do our best to assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Sometimes, tracking information may not be available due to technical issues, preventing updates in the app. If, in such cases, you are still unable to locate your item, please contact us at contact@parisnoble.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
