WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY OR REGION?
We provide secure shipping to the UK and are expanding our shipping services to many other countries.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
We do our best to ship your items quickly. Generally, it takes 1 to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

You can expect your tracking number to be updated within 1 to 2 days after your order is shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, feel free to contact us at contact@parisnoble.com. We are here to help.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Typical delivery times:

  • France: 7 to 12 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary. During peak demand periods or transportation issues, delivery times may be extended. In such cases, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS:

  • Use our online tracking platform by entering your order number and email address.
  • For more detailed tracking or if you encounter any issues, feel free to contact our support team at contact@parisnoble.com.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We offer free reshipments for any defective or damaged products upon receipt. You have 25 days from the delivery date to inform us of the issue. Please contact us at contact@parisnoble.com, including clear images or videos of the damaged product.

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at contact@parisnoble.com. Please note that once your order has been processed, it will no longer be possible to modify the address, cancel the order, or receive a refund.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team at contact@parisnoble.com as soon as possible. However, if your order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel it.

MY TRACKING IS NOT UPDATING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your tracking hasn’t been updated since you placed your order or hasn’t changed in more than 10 days, don’t worry. Your order is neither lost nor forgotten. It’s possible that our tracking platform is experiencing issues displaying your tracking information. You can resolve this issue by contacting our support team at contact@parisnoble.com for personalized assistance with tracking your PARISNOBLE parcels.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE PARCELS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE. WHAT HAPPENED?
Be patient, the rest of your shipment will arrive soon. You can track each parcel of your order on our tracking platform or contact our customer service experts at contact@parisnoble.com for personalized assistance.

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO INITIATE A RETURN?
You have up to 15 days (from the delivery date) to inform us of any issues with your order and initiate a return. Please follow the return policy instructions and eligibility conditions before contacting us for the return address.

I SENT AN EMAIL TO PARISNOBLE SUPPORT BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE AFTER 2 BUSINESS DAYS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In general, we respond to all emails within 24 hours of receiving your message, although some responses may take longer during holiday periods. If you haven’t received a response within 2 business days (excluding Sundays), it’s possible that we didn’t receive your email due to a server error. Emails from Yahoo, AT&T, or AOL sometimes face delivery issues in our system. If this happens,

I’M HESITANT TO BUY BECAUSE I’VE NEVER FRAMED A CANVAS. WILL IT BE WRINKLED OR HARD TO FRAME? WILL IT BE FLAT LIKE PAPER?
Our canvas prints are easy to frame. Unlike paper prints, canvas prints will return to their original shape after unrolling. The prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy protective tube. We recommend unrolling the print and stretching it on a flat surface. If you want to speed up the process, you can place books on the print to flatten it immediately. Once the print is completely flat, you can frame it as you like.
